Q.   What is the minimum space required?
A.   15,000 sq. ft.

* We do have smaller areas currently available.

Q.  What is the maximum amount of space?
A.  We currently have several 100,000 sq. ft. spaces.

Q.  What is the term required?
A.  90 days minimum up to multi year leases.

Q.  Do we handle our own freight?
A.  Yes you can handle your own freight or we can introduce you to other people that offer that service in our buildings.

Q.  How soon can I move in?
A.  As quick as we can sign you up and you produce the required Liability & Tenant Insurance.  This can be done in 1 day if necessary.

Q.  Who insures our products?
A.  As you are leasing space you insure your own products.

Q.  Do you have space for manufacturing with a large electrical service available?
A.  Yes we have several areas suited to manufacturing.

Q.  Do you have outdoor storage available?
A.  We have some outside storage available to those that lease building space.

Q.  What is the ceiling height?
A.  This varies up to 28 feet.

Q.  Do I have to sign a lease.
A.  Yes, but in most cases it is a simple 2 page document with no fine print.
