We monitor the building systems. 

Replace light bulbs and ballasts as necessary. 

No requirement to put up deposits for electricity or natural gas, we look after this. 

We do the required fire alarm test and certification. 

We do the required sprinkler system certification. 

We have staff at all locations on a regular basis 

We plow the snow and sand the yard. 

We do the grass cutting and landscaping. 

We pay the property taxes. 

Fire extinguishers and fire hose certification. 

We take responsibility for the roof maintenance. 

We take responsibility for the structural components of the building.

We keep the building insurance in place. 

You will not need a building maintenance department or staff, as we look after it.
